Welcome to the Website of Euro Art Gallery. When you visit and register to this site, it means you accept and agree to the following terms & conditions.
Law:
EU law shall govern each transaction.
Register With Euro Art Gallery:
When registering at Euro Art Gallery, you must provide accurate information. You must be at least 18 years of age and be legally able to enter contracts for good and services.
Once an order is placed at Euro Art Gallery, you will received automatically a copy from your order and when it is confirmed. The details of this confirmation E-mail must be checked by you in order to make sure they are correct and a copy should be printed and saved. The confirmation E-mail is an acceptance by Euro Art Gallery of your offer to buy goods from us and this is regardless of whether or not a confirmation E-mail is received by you.
Tax & Duties:
All purchased products are including VAT. There is no import tax on paintings, but the customs in your country can charge you the regular VAT. Euro Art Gallery do not accept any responsibility for such charges or taxes.
Trade Descriptions Act:
Euro Art Gallery try to ensure that all information from our products are accurate. Euro Art Gallery will be responsible for any mistake. However, please note that the reproduction of colour of our paintings may vary from how they appear on you screen. We use the best Art Books and materials to reproduce the painting. If you need more information, please contact us first.
Copyright:
Designs and images on this website are the property of Euro Art Gallery.
It is not permitted to use, modify, distribute, replicate or reproduce any part of, or any of the designs and images on the Euro Art Gallery website.
Copyrighted images cannot be reproduce because of the copyright infringment. In some cases, Euro Art Gallery can reproduce the photo after some changements. Always contact Euro Art Gallery first.
Changes Agreement:
Euro Art Gallery reserve the right to change without prior notice the terms of this agreement. Any changes to this agreement will take effect from the day it is submitted onto the site.
We also reserve the right to change pricing and availability information without notice.
Processing of Orders:
The delivery time is between the 4 and 6 weeks. However, your order may be delayed if the ordered item is not in stock. Euro Art Gallery will always inform you.
Payment:
When ordering from Euro Art Gallery, you will be asked to login in with your user name and password. If you are not registered yet, then you have to do this first.
All orders must be prepaid in full before processing.
We accept the following Credit Cards:

- Eurocard
- JCB
- MasterCard
- Visa
Your order will be processed once payment has been authorised. Euro Art Gallery use WorldPay based gateway that provides a secure payment service.
You can also wire the payment by your bank to our bank in the Netherlands. Mail us for bank transactions.
Price Beater:
In the event of you purchasing a painting from Euro Art Gallery and you find out that you could have had the painting cheaper by another gallery (using exactly the same materials and dimensions) as supplied by Euro Art Gallery, then we will reimburse the difference.
All you have to do is forward your Euro Art Gallery receipt, within 30 days of your purchase and proof a legitimate price difference.
We will then wire within 14 days the price difference.
Euros:
All Euro pricing is on live exchange rates. Your order will be charged in Euros to your Credit card once your order is placed.
Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and note that all goods are inspected before posting. In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty or damaged product, you should notify Euro Art Gallery directly after you received the painting.
Let the courier always sign that you received a damaged packaged.
Faulty and damaged products will be replaced free of charge and Euro Art Gallery will reimburse your returns postal costs.
Delivery:
Our products will be send by EMS, DHL, or UPS. and the paintings will be delivered at your shipping address.
